From our surveys, we were about to ascertain the following information:

People are familiar with air purifiers

58% of people polled would be comfortable using a purifier incorporating UV light

We neglected to ask them what their cleaning entailed

From the Project Value Template, we were about to ascertain the following information:

We would need to employ people with backgrounds in engineering to build and manufacture the product

We would need to hire an attorney to help with the patent research and application

We would need to hire someone to help with maintaining proper accounting records and documents

We would need to hire people to sell our product

We would need to market our product, and the most viable method would be through buying ads on social media such as Instagram and Spotify

We would need to raise starting capital to allow us to buy the many materials needed for the manufacturing of our product

Interpretation
The survey results showed us:

a portable air purifier that incorporates UVC light is a possibility that people would be willing to use in their homes.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw the greater need to build something like this to help eradicate viruses found in the home or at minimum, lessen the number of viruses in the home air.

The type of talent that is needed to actually manufacture our product, the majority being engineers with different background specialties.

This product will appeal to people following social media, and we hope to capitalize on their buying power
